Ankhway gummies: an honest look, and the alternatives
Are Ankhway gummies worth it? What are the alternatives in the UK?
Ankhway is one of the best-known mushroom gummy brands in the UK, and plenty of customers like the taste and the habit. Before you buy any mushroom gummy, theirs or ours, check five things on the label: the mg of each mushroom per serving, whether it's fruiting body or mycelium, sugar per serving, whether batch lab reports are published, and whether the claims stick to authorised UK wording. Mushroom gummies are a food supplement, not a treatment for menopause, ADHD or anything else, and the research on finished gummies is still early for every brand.

Grass & Co. FOCUS MAX gummies

They're built for different jobs. Ankhway is a broad, sweet, ten-mushroom daily gummy with good testing. FOCUS MAX puts more Lion's Mane into each serving, alongside Ginseng, with no sugar. If you want a little of many mushrooms, Ankhway fits. If Lion's Mane is the reason you're buying and sugar matters to you, FOCUS MAX fits better.
Ankhway is far better known, and their testing page is genuinely good: an independent ISO 17025 lab, beta-glucan results and a long contaminant screen. If you want ten mushrooms in one gummy, we don't make that. Our dose is stated as dry herb equivalent and theirs as extract, so the two figures aren't a perfect like-for-like. And like them, we have no trial on our own finished gummies yet; we plan to fund research in 2027. If you want the most Lion's Mane for your money, our capsules or powder beat our own gummies.

- Are Ankhway gummies legit?
- Ankhway is an established UK mushroom gummy brand. As with any brand, check the label for per-mushroom doses, sugar and published lab reports, and treat the product as a food supplement rather than a treatment.
