Four Sigmatic alternatives in the UK
What's a UK alternative to Four Sigmatic?
Four Sigmatic is a US brand best known for mushroom coffee. UK shoppers looking for an alternative usually want one of two things: a mushroom coffee, or the mushrooms without changing their coffee. For the first, compare caffeine, mushroom dose and price per serving. For the second, Grass & Co.'s FOCUS powder stirs into the coffee you already drink, with 2,000mg of Lion's Mane per serving and batch lab reports published.
Two routes
| Mushroom coffee | Your coffee + FOCUS powder | |
|---|---|---|
| Taste | Set by the brand | Your own coffee |
| Lion's Mane per serving | Check the label | 2,000mg |
| Caffeine control | Fixed per sachet | You decide |
The trade-offs

Grass & Co.
