The manufacturer formula is from our own capsule and powder product information. H&B's accessible powder listing did not expose a complete ingredients panel. Check the actual pack, particularly if you are avoiding an ingredient.
Which should you choose?
Capsules: a measured format if you do not want to mix or taste a powder. The 600mg declaration is for two capsules, not one. Follow the current pack rather than assuming every serving figure describes every permitted dose.
Powder: a flexible mixing format if you prefer your supplement in food or a drink. A spoon is an approximation, not a precision measurement. Our manufacturer information describes an approximate 2g serving; the complete current pack directions should settle how to measure it.
Not a potency ranking: the two pages describe their mushroom material differently. A bigger number is not proof of a better outcome. The powder’s stated mushroom amount and approximate total serving also need confirmation against the current pack, because the blend contains other ingredients. Neither formula is a pure single-ingredient Lion's Mane product.

The photographed display also includes FOCUS Lion's Mane Powder boxes marked 10 sachets, alongside an “on-the-go” display card. Our team confirmed on 19 October 2026 that this display — including the 10-sachet boxes — is live in H&B now, priced at £10 per box. A wider rollout is planned, but we have not verified availability beyond the photographed store, and we have not verified a public H&B sachet listing online; check H&B directly for stock and the current pack. Sachets offer an individually packed powder format rather than the 100g powder pouch. The front of the photographed box names ginseng and omega-3 and declares 500mg beta-glucans per serving.
That is a front-of-pack declaration, not a new independent test or an effectiveness claim. The photographs do not show the sachets' complete ingredients, serving directions or warnings. Check those panels before use; do not assume the sachets have identical directions or composition to the pouch. Store prices can also vary, so treat £10 as the pack price our team confirmed on the day rather than a guaranteed shelf price.
How do they compare with other H&B Lion's Mane options?
H&B lists other brands and its own range. Compare the mushroom material, actual extract weight, ratio, recommended serving and any added ingredients. What about reviews and testing?

What can the label say?
Lion's Mane has no authorised UK health claim. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system; that is a claim about the vitamin, not proof of a mushroom effect. Follow pack warnings and speak to a healthcare professional if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
