POSTAGE TO UK ADDRESSES

We ship our orders with Royal Mail these are delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). For every order you will receive tracking information and SMS updates if you provide your phone number. Please note, purchases made after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will ship the following Monday.

UK FIRST CLASS DELIVERY £4.95

Our First Class delivery is with Royal Mail tracked 24.

Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following day.

UK Standard Delivery £3.60 (Free on orders over £30)

Our Standard delivery is with Royal Mail tracked 48 and is free on all purchases over £30.

Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following working day.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
